Company
HISTORY
Lakeland Manufacturing was founded in 1989 with 2 screw machines making broadheads and stabilizers for the archery industry. Within two years the company had expanded to 2 CNC lathes and 2 CNC mills. The business continued to grow and expanded to 12 CNC lathes, 4 verticle and 4 horizontals including a pallet tech system, 6 screw machines, 4 saws and grinders capability.
The original 18,000 square foot building was increased to 24,000 square feet in 1988. In 2004 another 12,000 square foot building was added.
The success of the company's growth can be attributed to investing in the most advanced automation machines with parts loaders that allow lights out running with a minimum of labor. |
